Mostly Mindful Living
Yoga, Wellness, and Words for Real Life
A thoughtful approach to health, movement, and life
I support women through movement, mindfulness, and honest reflection—especially in seasons of change
My career lives in healthcare marketing. My grounding comes from yoga. My processing happens through writing. And my passion is supporting women as they navigate change with more clarity and ease. This space brings all of that together—insights from my professional work, reflections from my mat, and practical tools to support a thoughtful, sustainable approach to well-being.
Being mostly mindful isn’t about living a perfectly balanced life or staying calm all the time. It’s about noticing, returning, and choosing again - over and over. It’s the work we do along the way: on the mat, in our bodies, in our relationships, and in real life. This is a space for progress, not perfection.
