Heart Centered Wellness Coaching is a gentler kind of health coaching. Using an integrative and personalized coaching approach I empower women over 35 to set goals, identify challenges and go on to achieve the health, wellness and happiness they deserve.

I work with women who want to create good habits in the areas of nourishment, mindfulness, movement and sleep. Working with a holistic health coach is a powerful collaboration between you and a dedicated professional. As your health coach, I specialize in helping women like you elevate their physical health and emotional wellness. My focus areas include mindfulness, nutrition, weight management, and sleep – essential pillars of a vibrant and balanced life.

I offer in-person coaching for women local to Portland, ME and virtual coaching for clients located elsewhere in the US. Private coaching is available weeknight evenings and weekend mornings.

  • Personalized

    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and understanding what your unique goals are. Together, we’ll create a personalized action plan to fit your needs and get you to your goals.

  • Targeted

    Heart Centered Wellness Coaching is not a one-sized-fits-all program. I know that success looks to different for each person and I understand from experience that things work differently for everyone. I’ll work to create a program that sets you up for positive change that lasts.

  • Integrative

    Achieving true wellness is more than just exercise and diet. I’ll work with you to change the root cause of negative habits and guiding you toward helpful practices and resources to ensure we don’t just address the symptoms, but go deeper to ensure sustainable change.

Types of programs:

  • Transformative

    For individuals looking to make a lasting lifestyle change starting with a six month program or joining a group coaching program is right for you. Ideal for mindfulness, weight-loss and fitness clients.

  • Targeted

    For individuals with one specific health or wellness goal a targeted one on one, 3 month program is the right starting place. Ideal for general mindfulness, private yoga instruction & sleep needs.

  • Trusted

    For existing clients or people who may not need regular, full time support. As needed, one-time sessions are available. A great option if you’re not quite sure how a health coach can help you yet.

Working with a health coach will have you feeling more confident and mindful with increased energy and a feeling of peace and alignment in your life.

Supporting you on a journey to better:

  • Learn how to incorporate fresh, whole foods that are right for your body and digestive system. Make a plan to start crowding out highly processed foods with added-sugar. From gut health to changing hormones to aging well we can address it all. Lose weight, gain weight, maintain weight - it’s all an option!

  • Having a mindfulness practice is more critical now than ever before. We fill our lives with stress, often living in fight-or-flight. Find productive ways to charge up your parasympathetic nervous system, practice stress management, find work-life balance, begin living consciously and authentically and embrace the present moment. Having a mindfulness practice is imperative to whole body wellness.

  • Americans are becoming more sedentary, and with all of the things women balance, staying physically fit is often put on the sidelines. Learn how to incorporate more movement into your every day or build a fitness routine.

  • Sleep is one of the most important gifts we can give our bodies, yet so many women struggle with it. Create a sleep sanctuary, understand the signals your body gives when it needs rest and create a well-rested you!

Included in each program

  • Comprehensive wellness assessment

  • Monthly, 50-minute, 1-on-1 sessions (# of sessions vary by program)

  • Personalized training program as required.

  • Development of specific, personalized goals and action plans to hit them.

  • Mindfulness, yoga & breathing skill development

  • Guidance and support via email and text between sessions

  • Helpful tools, tips, and tricks for navigating your unique obstacles

  • Support & accountability - someone to cheer on your successes and help you navigate your challenges.
